About the Position

As a service technician with us, high service levels and structure are key principles. You will ensure that our customers have well-functioning forklifts and that any unplanned downtime is handled quickly and efficiently. You will work independently, be responsible for your own planning, and how you solve your tasks. At the same time, you will be part of a team where everyone helps and supports each other as needed and during peak workloads.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has technical competence through education, work experience, or personal interest.
• Sees technical problems as a fun and exciting challenge.
• Can combine physical work with administrative tasks.
• Has the ability to structure and prioritize your tasks and ensure they are executed well.
• Is an engaged and interested team member who values collaboration.
• Creates clarity and a positive and professional impression with our customers through your communication style.
• Has a B driver's license.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Higher vocational education for service technicians.
• Experience in service work within a similar industry.
• Experience in automation.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, vehicle electrical systems, and mechanics.
• Handles English since we have documentation that may be in English.
